Payment Policy
1. We accept online orders through COD, Prepaid- UPI, Debit/Credit cards. We also have payments wallet integrated
2. Please note that you will be required to submit your card number, card expiry date, and CVV Number (on the back of your card) when you make an online transaction using your Credit or Debit Card.
3. If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care on +91-9070081700 through WhatsApp or email at vitalandcore@saffronformulations.com and provide the following information:
• Transaction Ref Number
• Registered Email ID and Phone Number from which order was placed
• Date & Time of Transaction
Shipping Policy
1. The shipping charges are mentioned at the time of checkout.
2. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email, SMS & WhatsApp message regarding order confirmation.
3. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number and tracking link through email, SMS & Whatsapp message
4. The estimated time of delivery may vary from state to state. Working days are Monday – Friday and we will try our best to furnish all orders within 5 working days.
5. If you are ordering products during a sale event, delivery may be delayed.
6. You can also track the status of your order on the Track My Order Page or by logging into your account.
Delivery Policy
1. To ensure safety and hygiene of all our customers and our staff, there may be delays in delivery. We take extreme precaution on the safety of the products, while manufacturing, packing, and dispatching them.\
2. If the shipments are damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and reach out to our customer care immediately.
3. If the order is marked as delivered and you haven’t received the order, please inform our customer care team within 48 Hrs. We request you to give us 4-5 working days to investigate and resolve your query.
4. For all claims regarding shortage, damage, wrong product received, please inform our customer care team within 24hrs of receiving the order and we will resolve your query in 2-3 working days.
5. We are not responsible for damages and misplacement post-delivery.
6. We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time and will inform you of the same.
7. We advise you to enter your Pin Code correctly at the time of placing the order.
8. Once the order is confirmed & dispatched it will be delivered within 7 days

Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed, dispatched or ‘fulfilled’ are not eligible for cancellation
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Policy
1. Our Product is non-refundable once ‘fulfilled’
2. You are eligible for refund if:
• Products are Damaged / Leaking
• Wrong Product Received
• Expired Product Received
Refund will be processed in 7 days from raising the request to our customer care team with the attached photos/videos of any of the above-mentioned concern with the product
3. Replacement / Refund will not be processed if:
• The product is tampered with.
• Invoice copy is missing.
• Batch Number, Manufacturing Date, MRP is tampered with.
• If it’s without original packaging.
• If query is not raised within 24hrs of receiving the product.
• Allergic reactions due to product usage – we recommend you to go through the ingredient list & general dosage & safety guidelines on our product brochure in detail before placing an order.
